Upon signing up with Sun Digital Marketing, you’ll receive a Welcome Packet. This packet includes:
- A welcome letter from our founders, Trevor Clendenin and Jon Pacific.
- Detailed information about our services and what you can expect.
- Contact information for your dedicated account manager and support team.
Step 2: Initial Consultation
- Scheduling: You’ll receive an invitation to schedule your Initial Consultation call via email.
- Purpose: This call is an opportunity for us to understand your specific needs, goals, and the scope of your immigration law practice.
- Outcome: We will gather essential information that will guide the customization of your marketing strategy.
Step 3: Documentation & Information Gathering
- Checklist: We will provide you with a checklist of information and access we need from you, such as access to existing digital marketing accounts, branding guidelines, and any previous marketing data you may have.
- Secure Submission: Instructions for securely submitting your information will be included to ensure your data is protected.
Step 4: Strategy Development Workshop
- Workshop Invite: You will be invited to a Strategy Development Workshop, which can be attended remotely.
- Activities: During this workshop, we will collaboratively define your marketing strategy, key performance indicators (KPIs), and set short-term and long-term goals.
- Tools and Resources: We will introduce the tools and resources that we will use to manage and track the performance of your campaigns.
Step 5: Account Setup & Configuration
- Technical Setup: Our team will handle the technical setup of your marketing tools and platforms.
- Customization: We will customize settings and configurations based on the strategy developed during the workshop.
Step 6: Onboarding Review & Approval
- Review Meeting: We will schedule a review meeting to go over everything that has been set up and ensure everything aligns with your expectations.
- Feedback Loop: You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request any adjustments.
Step 7: Launch
- Launch Plan: We will provide a detailed launch plan outlining what will happen and when.
- Go Live: Your campaigns go live! We closely monitor the initial performance and make any necessary adjustments.
Step 8: Ongoing Communication & First Month Check-In
- Regular Updates: You will receive regular updates and access to a dashboard where you can see real-time data.
- First Month Check-In: We schedule a formal check-in after the first month to discuss the campaign’s performance and any necessary strategy pivots.
